1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with jet9a, including account registration, gameplay, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, and use of customer support. They apply to all registered members and to any visitor who accesses the platform without registering.

jet9a operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. All services are provided in English, with all transactions denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jet9a reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication to the platform. 2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain a jet9a account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of placing any wager or making any transaction.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not been self-excluded from jet9a or any affiliated platform that recognises jet9a's self-exclusion register.
• You have not previously had a jet9a account closed for fraudulent activity, Terms violations, or unpaid debt.

jet9a implements age-verification checks as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Accepted identity documents include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a government-issued birth certificate accompanied by a secondary photo ID. Withdrawal requests above the standard threshold will not be processed until age and identity verification is complete.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each individual may hold only one registered account on jet9a. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same NID number, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

3.1 KYC Verification

jet9a operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Before processing any withdrawal request above the standard daily threshold, we may request supporting documentation including:

• A clear photograph or scanned copy of your valid National Identity Card (NID) or passport;
• Proof of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for transactions;
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address;
• A selfie photograph held alongside your identity document.

All KYC documents are processed within 1 to 3 business days. jet9a treats all submitted documents with strict confidentiality in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Refusal to provide requested KYC documentation, or submission of falsified documents, will result in account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities where required by law.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jet9a login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify jet9a immediately at [email protected]. jet9a recommends enabling OTP two-factor authentication, which is available in your account security settings.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All transactions on jet9a are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jet9a does not charge any internal fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, or Mastercard) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside jet9a's control.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your jet9a account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 24 hours to clear depending on the banking institution involved. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable tier-based thresholds are published in the Cashier section of your account. jet9a reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits without prior notice.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: 10 to 30 minutes under normal operating conditions.
• Rocket and Upay: 30 minutes to 2 hours.
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): 1 to 3 business days.
• Visa and Mastercard: 3 to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

jet9a reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, fraud checks, or bonus wagering requirement audits. 4.3 Payment Method Ownership

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals on jet9a must be registered in your own name and linked to your verified jet9a account. Depositing via a third-party payment account is prohibited. jet9a will only process withdrawals back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, and only to accounts registered in your legal name.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jet9a offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards under the Black Diamond VIP Program. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. Where a conflict exists between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term takes precedence for that promotion only.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on jet9a carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) that must be achieved through eligible gameplay before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; bonuses that expire before the requirement is fulfilled are forfeited automatically.

5.2 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

jet9a employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses across duplicate accounts, placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and using bonus funds in excluded game categories. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses voided and the account may be closed permanently. jet9a's determination on bonus abuse cases is final.

5.3 Black Diamond VIP Program

The jet9a Black Diamond VIP Program operates across five tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Black Diamond. Tier progression is based on net wagering volume over a rolling assessment period. VIP rewards including cashback percentages, reload bonuses, withdrawal priority, and access to a personal account manager are detailed in the VIP Program documentation available within your account. jet9a reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, reward rates, and program structure at any time. VIP status is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

6. Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All games offered on jet9a — including live casino titles, slots, crash games, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules published by the respective game studio or sportsbook provider. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or server error during gameplay, jet9a's records shall be the definitive reference for determining the outcome of any disputed game round or wager.

6.1 Live Casino

Live casino games — including Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, and live game-show formats — are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Results are determined by physical game elements (cards, wheels, dice) in certified studios. By participating in live casino games, you accept the outcome as final once the dealer or game system announces the result. No dispute arising from a live dealer decision can overturn a result once confirmed by the studio system.

6.2 Sports Betting and Cricket Markets

Sports betting markets — including real-time cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — are subject to settlement rules published in the sportsbook section. In-play markets may be suspended at any time in response to real-world events. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently voided (due to match abandonment, rule-4 deductions, or technical error) will be refunded as a non-withdrawable credit to your account balance. jet9a's sportsbook decisions on settlement queries are final.

6.3 Responsible Gameplay

jet9a strongly encourages all players to set personal limits on their activity before commencing play. 7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered member of jet9a, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and may result in referral to law enforcement:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or live casino titles.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or mathematical edge-cases in game logic — any winnings generated through exploitation are void.
• Providing false identity documents or impersonating another person at any stage of the KYC process.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code or proprietary logic of any jet9a game or platform component.
• Making defamatory, abusive, or threatening communications through the platform's chat or support systems.
• Attempting to circumvent any geographic restriction, account suspension, or self-exclusion measure by any technical means.

jet9a reserves the right to determine whether conduct constitutes a violation of these obligations. All such determinations are at jet9a's sole discretion and are final.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

jet9a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that:

• The account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2;
• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion is suspected;
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or KYC;
• The account is being used by a person other than the registered account holder;
• Continuation of the account would expose jet9a to legal or regulatory risk.

Where an account is closed by jet9a for a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses are forfeited upon voluntary closure. Funds remaining in your verified account balance after bonus forfeiture will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.

8.1 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming a concern have the right to request a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion can be applied for durations ranging from 24 hours to permanent account closure. Self-exclusion requests made via [email protected] are implemented within 2 hours of receipt. During the self-exclusion period, the account cannot be accessed, bonuses cannot be claimed, and all marketing communications are suspended. A self-exclusion period cannot be shortened once applied — any request to reduce the exclusion period will be subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
